Raised in a construction family, Carol is no stranger to hard work. She started buying HUD houses at 18 while studying Biology at Saint Louis University (SLU). After graduation, she gained experience as a researcher while focusing on her growing family. She found herself back in the real estate game utilizing tax exchanges to create a portfolio of rental properties. With 20+ years as a practicing real estate broker, Carol will not only help you find your dream home, but make the experience enjoyable.
Fun Fact: Practicing yogi, lover of bird watching and feng shui enthusiast.
Andrea Conroy
Real Estate Broker / Salesperson
Andrea Conroy, hailing from Washington, Missouri, holds a Counseling Psychology Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia. With 20+ years in real estate, she initially delved into commercial properties in Kansas City before shifting to residential. From rural Washington, Missouri, to St. Louis City and its suburbs, Andrea’s real estate expertise shines. Notably, she excels in property flipping, showcasing her keen eye for potential. Regina, a fifth-generation St. Louis native raised on The Hill, possesses an innate love for her city. Growing up in a real estate family, she fostered a passion for home design from an early age. Her BFA in interior design from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), combined with over 8 years of sales and customer satisfaction expertise, along with 10+ years in design, equips Regina to expertly guide you. Tom Savio

Born and raised on The Hill, you may know Tom as the former business owner of the beloved Milo’s Bocce Garden for 45 years. Tom grew up in a family of investors and received his real estate license himself in 2004. Tom’s interest in real estate started with an investment in 1031 tax exchanges and rental properties. Now retired from the restaurant business, Tom is enjoying jumping back into the real estate game.
Fun Fact: Enjoys cooking for his family and relaxing at his cabin while fishing.
Cheryl Adams

Cheryl has been in retail sales for 45 years, including the past 18 years as a real estate agent. Cheryl is from the South County/Jefferson County area and focuses in those surrounding areas.
